We are currently seeking an Associate (Self Employed) Recruitment Consultant
We are currently looking to further develop our Executive and Technical Recruitment team and to do this, we are seeking business and / or recruitment professionals with a successful track record in industry. In order to be successful in this business you will need an array of personal strengths – business development skills in a business to business environment, people assessment skills, business and commercial awareness combined with a strong work ethic, a network of contacts, high drive and energy, capable of working under own initiative, as well as having a desire to run your own business without having to take the risk, gravitas, presence and excellent communication skills.

Obviously individuals with the appropriate recruitment industry experience will be of interest, however we are genuinely open minded, only wanting to recruit the best people with the right attitude.
The role itself involves working on a self – employed basis managing all aspects of the recruitment process from gaining assignments through to advertising, headhunting, screening candidates to organising interviews through to facilitating job offers.
Knowledge and Skills:
Successful candidates must be Hampshire based and will be highly motivated, ambitious with excellent inter-personal skills and commercial awareness with the ability to maintain and develop long -term relationships with demanding blue – chip clients.
Clearly candidates with an HR / Personnel, Recruitment or Business Development background will have an advantage as will experienced Senior Managers and Directors who have operated at or near board level.
You should also be an enthusiastic self-starter with a can do attitude, highly focused and resilient.
Earnings are likely to be between £40,000 - £50,000 in the first year but considerably more in subsequent years. The rewards can be outstanding for those who thrive on shaping their own destiny, in a progressive environment, where people are measured on what they deliver rather than words.
Please note this position is on a self –employed basis however this can lead to a Directorship, equity conversion, for those who wish to create independence for themselves and control their destiny.
